Refund policy

At Day & Night Furniture, we want you to feel confident when placing your order. Because our products may include ready-made items as well as made-to-order furniture, our return and refund terms vary depending on the type of product purchased.

1. Made-to-order and customized items

Products that are manufactured, customized, or modified based on the customer’s requested model, size, color, fabric, finish, or specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.

2. Ready-made items

Eligible ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item is unused and in its original condition,
  • it has not been damaged after delivery,
  • it is returned with any original packaging or included parts, where applicable.

3. Condition upon delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, missing part, or manufacturing issue, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • customized or made-to-order furniture,
  • items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear,
  • items that have been altered after delivery,
  • clearance, discounted, or final-sale items, where stated.

5. Return shipping and transport

If a return is approved for an eligible item and the reason is not due to a defect or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping or return transport costs.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or an error on our side, we will review the case and arrange the appropriate solution.

Please note that any approved return must be sent to our factory in New Damietta, Egypt, and only after the return request has been reviewed and approved by our team.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method when possible, or by another agreed method.

Refunds apply only to the eligible returned item amount and do not automatically include delivery, installation, or special handling fees unless the issue was caused by our side.

7. Exchanges and repairs

In some cases, and especially for furniture items, repair, replacement of the affected part, or exchange may be offered instead of a refund where this is the most practical solution.

8. Order cancellation

Orders for ready-made items may be canceled before dispatch.

Orders for customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
